Power Apps Vibe

Microsoft’s Power Apps Vibe (currently in preview) appears to be positioned as an AI-first entry point into Power Apps Code Apps. The strategic direction isn’t surprising, but this first implementation lacks a round-trip workflow between AI authoring and professional development, creating a sharp boundary between the two experiences.

For teams comfortable with modern development workflows, Power Apps Code Apps paired with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor currently appear to offer a more flexible path. While requiring more technical expertise, they allow developers to remain within a conventional pro-code workflow rather than crossing a one-way boundary out of the AI authoring experience.
