I had an errand to run this evening and grabbed the first camera within reach just before I headed out the door. The camera is the wonderful little Leica CL but it had an inexpensive character” portrait lens attached, the TTArtisan 50mm f1.2. It’s an intersting lens that is definitely better suited for portraits producing a softer and somewhat vintage rendering. It seemed to work well with this evening’s subject matter and the way the CLs sensor renders grey tones. Low tide at Jericho Beach in black & white.
